Where are your toys and accessories crafted?
Our bandanas are hand made in the USA with vintage fabrics. Our dog toys are designed and managed in the USA, produced in China and meet or exceed all required ASTM standards. We continue to look for partners in the USA and hope to have all of our partners and manufacturing in the USA in the future.

What are your toys and accessories made off?
Our bandanas are made of 100% vintage cotton. Our dog toys are made of 100% Hemp exterior and plush filling.

Will the bandanas look exactly as pictured on the product page?
Our bandanas are unique, meaning they are one of a kind. Consequently they will look different from the pictures displayed on the product page. We use vintage patterns that change in color and design and that creates different types of bandanas.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the US?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous US.

Why is shipping my Pawtas order taking so long?
*During sales and holidays: due to holiday-related seasons longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather -- your orders may take a bit longer to ship. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive.
We understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this. We never want to make you wait any longer than necessary. Please know that we’re working our absolute hardest to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. We know that all those upcoming tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait! Can I place a pick up order?

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund, apart from the shipping costs. For more details, visit our Returns page.
