Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund, apart from the shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon receipt. Please use our Contact Us page or email us at info@pawtas.com providing tracking information of your return.

Packaging

The envelope or box that item(s) originally shipped in can be re-used if the condition of the packaging is intact.
